The central inscription reads 'REPUBLIKA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ / TÁTO POUKÁZKÁ / PÄŤSTO KORÚN' in letterpress, with the date '1944' at the lower centre within a decorative cartouche bearing an anti-counterfeiting warning. A postage stamp-style adhesive validation label, overprinted with the value '500' and bearing a portrait vignette, is affixed to the upper centre of the note. Serial numbers appear twice in the lower margin, prefixed 'AO'. |
