| Descripción del reverso | The reverse features a full-color reproduction of the fresco panel depicting The Temptation and Expulsion from the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, Vatican, painted by Michelangelo Buonarroti between 1508 and 1512. The scene is divided into two narrative episodes: on the left, the Temptation of Adam and Eve at the Tree of Knowledge, with the serpent coiled about the tree, and on the right, the Expulsion from Paradise, with an angel driving the fallen pair from Eden. Rich polychrome coloring faithfully reproduces the Renaissance palette of the original fresco. Michelangelo's signature appears in the lower right of the design field. |
