Maria Munk was a pioneering German-Jewish jurist who, after being disbarred by the Nazis in 1933, emigrated to Britain and became one of the first women called to the English Bar in 1949. Cameroon has issued collector silver with amber inserts under its long-running numismatic program administered through European minting intermediaries — this piece has no monetary circulation function and was never intended to.
