Cameroon's central bank has periodically issued collector silver under the franc CFA system administered by the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), though the proliferation of themed numismatic issues from franc CFA member states since roughly 2010 has been driven largely by European mint contractors marketing to collectors rather than any domestic monetary program.
