| 裏面の説明 | Full-color reproduction of Lorenzo di Credi's 'Madonna and Child' (circa 1480–1485) occupying the left portion of the square flan, depicting the Virgin Mary seated in three-quarter view, draped in a red mantle over a blue robe, tenderly holding the nude Christ Child who reaches toward her hand, with a landscape visible through an arched window behind. To the right, a vertical panel with a dark background features a finely struck raised silver rose branch bearing two fully open blooms and foliage in high relief, providing a striking contrast between the polychrome painted image and the sculptural metalwork. |

Cameroon's commemorative coinage program has been operated largely through the Monnaie de Paris and various private minting houses under licensing arrangements — the issuing authority on paper is the BEAC (Banque des États de l'Afrique Centrale), but the coins are conceived, struck, and distributed almost entirely for the international collector market, bearing no meaningful relationship to Cameroonian monetary circulation.
At 17.50 g of .999 silver, this sits at the lighter end of the modern commemorative silver market, a weight point common to issues produced by the Scottsdale Mint and certain European secondary minting contractors in the mid-2010s.
