The "Printed: 30.04.1945" field is almost certainly a data entry error — Giesecke & Devrient's Leipzig facilities were heavily bombed by Allied forces in late 1943 and effectively ceased operation before the war's end. This note belongs to Rwanda's post-2008 series, when the National Bank undertook a broader currency modernization program following the country's economic reorientation toward the East African Community.

P#38 is the Munich-printed 2013 issue, with G&D's Leipzig plant confirmed as the production site for this denomination.
