| Obverse description | The Hungarian coat of arms, rendered in full detail, is centrally placed and extends to touch the inner pearl border, with the divided date '19 91' flanking the shield on either side. The mint mark 'B P.' and engraver's initials 'TS' appear in the lower field adjacent to the arms. A bold circumferential legend encircles the design within the beaded border.
