| Obverse description | Left-facing draped bust of Sheikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, wearing traditional Gulf keffiyeh secured by an agal, rendered in high relief with finely modelled facial features and garment detail. The effigy, sculpted by engraver Michael Rizzello, occupies the central field without peripheral legend or inscription.
