| Obverse description | The coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia occupies the central field, depicting a heraldic eagle and lion supporting a shield quartered with national symbols, surmounted by a sword, an eagle, and a sheaf. The Armenian legend ՀԱՅԱUՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ arcs along the upper periphery in Armenian script. The date 2013 appears to the lower left and the fineness designation Ag999 to the lower right of the arms.
