This is not legal tender. Gammaprint, based in Luzern, produces novelty and educational currency items — the "Inflation" denomination is an explicit joke about purchasing power erosion, a format that has circulated as gift shop merchandise and social commentary prop in various markets since at least the 2010s. Mauro Aurelio's design credit places this squarely in the novelty printing category rather than any sanctioned monetary context.
