Surrounding this central heraldic device is an intricate panoramic border populated with meticulously engraved renditions of iconic Canadian birds, including a great horned owl, common loon, Atlantic puffin, peregrine falcon, blue jay, bohemian waxwing, and numerous others, set among native foliage and naturalistic landscape elements. The composition fills the entire field to the inner rim, demonstrating exceptional depth of relief and engraving artistry.
