A small floral rosette ornament appears to the right of the tughra in the field. A curved Arabic legend in the lower portion of the field identifies the honorific title and the year 1998, rendered in both Eastern Arabic-Indic numerals and Arabic script. The overall design is uncluttered, allowing the calligraphic artistry to dominate the polished gold field. |
