| 备注 |
Brazil's Tesouro Nacional leaned heavily on Thomas De La Rue through the late 1940s as the Casa da Moeda struggled to meet postwar volume demands. This second print of the P#148 carried handwritten authorization signatures — a requirement that persisted on high-denomination Tesouro notes well into this period, distinguishing them from contemporaneous Banco do Brasil issues where facsimile signatures had already become standard practice.
The autograph requirement made production slower and introduced variability in signature legibility that now complicates authentication. Forged signatures on De La Rue-printed Brazilian notes of this denomination are a documented concern.
