Notes issued in this name are souvenir or novelty pieces produced for the collector market — the "issuer" is a legal fiction constructed specifically to support that trade. Applied Currency Concepts, a Canadian firm, has produced several such fantasy notes under obscure territorial names, leveraging polymer substrate and holographic elements to lend an air of legitimacy.
