Comments

Bank Tejarat is a commercial bank, not the Central Bank of Iran — its issuance of banknotes would be extraordinary and almost certainly incorrect. No Pick number has been assigned (P#0), which strongly suggests this is either a specimen, a training note, or a promotional item rather than a circulating banknote. Iranian rials in the 500,000 denomination range were not in circulation until well after 2000, when the Central Bank of Iran began issuing high-denomination notes to cope with chronic inflation.

Treat the issuing authority attribution with caution before cataloging further.
