| Description de l’avers | The obverse is printed on a light beige ground with a central text panel in Gothic script, enclosed within an ornate dark brown border incorporating stylized floral and geometric corner motifs. The denomination "500 000" is set in large numerals at the top and bottom centre, flanked by the principal legend "Gutschein der Stadt Wald über Fünfhunderttausend Mark" together with redemption and validity conditions. The date "Wald, 5. August 1923", a facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister, and an embossed circular municipal seal appear in the lower portion, with the series letter and serial number running along the bottom margin. |
