| Reverse description | The reverse features a finely detailed right-facing draped bust of King Michał Korybut Wiśniowiecki, depicted in a voluminous curled allonge wig cascading over his shoulders and an ornately embroidered robe, rendered in high relief in a Baroque medallic style after a period prototype by engraver J.J. Reichel. The portrait fills the majority of the field, with the king's strong profile and lace-trimmed collar rendered with exceptional sculptural depth. The legend MICHAEL KORYBUTH. appears along the upper arc of the rim in spaced capital letters, with a dot stop to the right. Below the bust, in the lower field, the engraver's signature I.I. REICHEL. F. is inscribed in small capitals. |
