正面描述	Portrait of Sun Yat-sen in an oval vignette at right, set against a red guilloche underprint with floral rosette patterns. The large Chinese denomination characters 伍拾圓 appear at centre-left, flanked by the bank name 中央銀行 at top and the place name Chungking (重慶) at both sides. Serial number appears twice in the upper portion, with the Republic year inscription at lower centre.
