Popis líce	The obverse features the national coat of arms of Vanuatu centrally placed within a raised circular border, depicting a Melanesian warrior in traditional dress holding a spear and a namele fern frond, set against a backdrop of crossed fern fronds. The legend 'RIPABLIK BLONG VANUATU' arcs around the upper portion of the inner circle, with 'VANUATU' prominently inscribed below, and the national motto 'LONG GOD YUMI STANAP' appearing on a scroll beneath the central device. The denomination '50 VATU' and date '2024' flank the upper legend, while the specifications '500g · Ag .999' are inscribed to the lower right of the inner circle. The entire composition is set within an elaborate shaped field formed by swirling, flame-tipped phoenix feathers radiating outward, giving the coin its distinctive non-circular silhouette reminiscent of outstretched wings.
