He is depicted wearing traditional attire with a cloak draped over his shoulders, his hands resting in a contemplative pose. To the right of the portrait, two horizontal bands of intricate embroidery-style folk ornament are shown in high relief, evoking traditional Ukrainian and Kazakh textile arts. The inscription 'ТАРАС ШЕВЧЕНКО' appears in Cyrillic to the upper right, with the date '2014' above it, and the bilingual anniversary legend '200 ЖЫЛ РОКІВ' positioned centrally to the right, commemorating the 200th anniversary of his birth.
