| 正面描述 | The State Emblem of Kazakhstan rendered in fine relief at centre, set against an ornamental arabesque background. The denomination '50' appears prominently below the emblem, with the full bilingual legend encircling the design in both Kazakh (Cyrillic) and Russian scripts. The overall composition follows a formal heraldic style typical of Kazakhstani commemorative coinage. |

Kyz Kuu is a Central Asian equestrian courtship game in which a man chases a woman on horseback — if he catches her before a finish line, he earns a kiss; if he fails, she turns and whips him on the return. The game remains practiced across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and parts of the broader steppe region, and was a recurring feature of Nauryz celebrations. This 2008 issue is part of Kazakhstan's long-running series commemorating traditional nomadic sports, which also includes kokpar and other equestrian disciplines.
