背面描述 The reverse is printed on yellow-toned lokta paper with an overall floral and auspicious-knot guilloche pattern in green, overlaid by four large rounded-rectangular vignettes in deep red, each containing a different sacred or auspicious creature — snow lion, dragon, tiger, and a stylized mythical beast — printed in blue-grey against the red ground. The four vignettes are arranged in a two-by-two grid, separated by narrow yellow interstices, and the whole is enclosed within a plain outer border.

变体 P#7a - short serial # frame 1672 = 1926 (Cycle 15) and1673-1677 (Cycle 16) = 1927-1931 this note has Decade 167 + 5 = Tibetan Year 1675 + 254 = AD 1929
P#7b - long serial # frame 1673-1687 (Cycle 16) = 1927-1941 this note has Decade 168 + 2 = Tibetan Year 1682 + 254 = AD 1936
P#Dating - Dated Tibetan notes give the number of the solar year which has elapsed since the legendary founding of the government in 255 AD (Year 1). Thus, Tibetan years are converted to AD by adding 254. On dated notes, the years can be found in the 2nd line on upper front (Not dated notes do not have a 2nd line on top).
备注

Tibet's paper currency was produced entirely by hand at the Norbu Lingka printing facility in Lhasa, using lokta bark paper made from the Daphne plant — the same material Tibetan monasteries had used for centuries to copy sutras. No mechanical press was involved. Woodblock printing, hand-applied ink, and individually stamped seals meant every note was slightly different from the last, and minor impression variations are the rule rather than an anomaly.

The series ran across an unusually long window, and notes from the early 1920s issues are meaningfully scarcer than later ones. Fading of the hand-applied seal is among the most common condition issues encountered.
