Aanvullende informatie

Charles III's coronation on 6 May 2023 was the first British coronation in seventy years, and Commonwealth mints moved quickly to capture the commemorative market. Samoa, like several smaller Pacific sovereign states, licenses its name to coin programs largely managed by external bullion dealers — the "issuer" designation reflects legal tender status rather than any domestic minting operation.

The .9167 fineness is the traditional 22-karat crown gold standard, the same alloy used for British sovereigns since 1817.
