| Obverse description | Black intaglio on teal underprint with red serial numbers. The left field carries an allegorical female figure holding a shield charged with five camelids alongside the Peruvian coat of arms, while a large Roman numeral L dominates the centre; a seated allegorical woman with child occupies the right vignette.
