The issuer's name 'AUTORITI MONETARI BRUNEI DARUSSALAM' curves along the lower periphery in Latin script, while an extensive Jawi Arabic commemorative legend arcs around the upper and lateral fields, recording the Golden Jubilee of the Sultan's accession to the throne.
