| Obverse description | Central design featuring a traditional Nepali tantric yantra (mandala) motif composed of interlocking geometric patterns and stylized floral elements, rendered within a square frame. At the centre of the yantra is a small trident symbol (trishula). The royal name and titles of King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev are inscribed in Devanagari script within and around the central square. The Bikram Sambat regnal date २०३९ (VS 2039) appears at the bottom of the design. The entire composition is enclosed within a dotted border following the coin's circumference. |
