| Obverse description | Bearer cheque format printed in black on plain paper, issued by the State Bank (Государственный Банк) with the Zhytomyr Branch of the United Bank as co-issuer. The face carries a handwritten date of 26 March 1918 and bears the denomination '50' in the upper right, with the written amount пятьдесят рублей (fifty roubles) in large Cyrillic script across the lower portion. A vertical side panel along the left margin repeats the validity notice in Cyrillic letterpress, and a rectangular stamp overlay reads Казначейство (Treasury). |
