To the lower left of the eagle appears the metal designation and fineness (Pt999), while the mint mark (ЛМД) is positioned at centre below the device and the fine metal content (7.78) appears to the lower right. A beaded inner circle frames the central design. The upper arc of the legend reads '50 РУБЛЕЙ 1993 г.' and the lower arc reads 'БАНК РОССИИ', both inscriptions running along the outer rim. |
