Obverse description Brown on green underprint. The design is based on the Imperial Russian 1915 State Treasury bond, with the Imperial double-headed eagle arms set within a laurel wreath vignette at upper centre, flanked by ornate baroque scrollwork corners bearing the numeral 50. The date '1915' appears in cartouches at left and right, and the denomination 'ПЯТЬДЕСЯТ РУБЛЕЙ' (Fifty Roubles) is printed in large bold Cyrillic lettering within a central panel; a cancellation perforation is applied across the upper portion of the note to validate its reissue by the Chaikovskiy Government.
