The central device features the Order of Victory, within the center of which are depicted the Moscow Kremlin wall, the Spasskaya Tower, and Lenin's Mausoleum, the whole surrounded by interlaced bands of laurel and oak. The inscription 'ПОБЕДА' (Victory) appears across the central field, with the date '1945' enclosed between stars in the lower exergue, and 'СССР' inscribed above the central device. |
