Description de l’avers	Portrait of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin (1870–1924) at left within a guilloche border, the National Emblem of the Soviet Union at centre, and an adhesive validation stamp bearing a vignette of General Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov affixed at far right. The underprint carries fine multicolour guilloche patterns characteristic of the underlying 1992 USSR State Bank issue.

A decorative guilloche panel occupies the left margin.
