Obverse description Portrait of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin (1870–1924) at left within a guilloche border, the National Emblem of the Soviet Union at centre, and an adhesive validation stamp bearing a vignette of General Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov affixed at far right. The underprint carries fine multicolour guilloche patterns characteristic of the underlying 1992 USSR State Bank issue.

Reverse description Central oval vignette of the Moscow Kremlin, showing the Senate Building with its distinctive dome and an adjoining Kremlin tower, set against a fine guilloche underprint in teal and ochre tones. A decorative guilloche panel occupies the left margin.
