| Obverse description | Printed in green-blue on plain paper, the obverse is set within a simple decorative border with a vertical guilloche panel along the left margin bearing the institution's name in Cyrillic. The upper portion carries the heading ЭРИВАНСКОЕ ОТДЕЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННАГО БАНКА (Erivan Branch of the State Bank) followed by the legend identifying the note as a special current account of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, with series and number designations and the date Erevan, August 1919. The denomination 50 рублей is rendered in large numerals to the right, with the text of the obligation and two ministerial signature lines completing the lower portion. |
