Descrizione del dritto	The obverse is printed on a green guilloche-patterned ground with a vertical Cyrillic bank title in ornamental letterpress along the left margin. The central field carries the issuing authority inscription in two lines at the top, followed by a special treasury account notice for the Government of the Republic of Armenia. Below, the series, number, place of issue (Erivan), and date (August 1919) are printed, with the denomination '50 рублей' rendered in large numerals at the right. The bearer clause and denomination in words ('пятьдесят рублей') appear in the lower register, accompanied by two manuscript ministerial signatures.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse is printed on plain uncoated paper with a full-width text block in Cyrillic script stating that the cheque has been accepted by the Erivan Branch of the State Bank and is payable from 15 November 1919. Below this, the titles of the Manager of the Erivan Branch of the State Bank, the Controller, and the Cashier are printed, each accompanied by a handwritten manuscript signature.
