Beschrijving voorzijde	Plain unframed layout on white paper, with the denomination «Пятдесятъ» (Fifty) printed in a dark rectangular cartouche at centre. The main text block, set in Cyrillic letterpress, reads the bearer payment obligation of the Assignation Bank for fifty roubles in current coin, followed by a manuscript year (1805) and two handwritten authorising signatures, with the serial number «№ 1261809» repeated twice at lower left and lower right.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse is largely plain, showing a faint mirror impression of the obverse text through the thin paper. At lower left a manuscript notation «Сос. гр. б.» is followed by a single handwritten signature, with no additional printed ornament or frame.
