Reverse description The large numeral 50 occupies the upper portion of the field, flanked on either side by symmetrical decorative foliate sprays rendered in an Art Nouveau-influenced style, with scrolling leaves and dotted stems framing the central design. Below the numeral, the denomination legend REICHS PFENNIG is inscribed in two lines in bold Roman capitals. The mint mark E, denoting the Muldenhütten Mint, appears in the lower field beneath the foliage, centered on the coin's axis.
