| Reverse lettering | ODLOK O RAZPISU 3% POSOJILA NARODNE OSVOBODITVE Čl. 1. Na temelju uredbe o posojilu Narodne osvoboditve AVNOJ-a od 15. I. 1943, ki se nanaša na ves teritorij Jugoslavije, razpisuje Izvršni odbor Osvobodilne Fronte slovenskega naroda posojilo Narodne osvoboditve v znesku LIR PETDESET MILIJONOV za potrebo NOV in PO Slovenije in osvobojenega slovenskega ozemlja. Čl. 2 Posojilo Narodne osvoboditve se obrestuje s 3 odsto, ki bodo izplačani istočasno s povrnitvijo posojila. Čl. 3. Posojilo bo vrnjeno v enem letu po osvoboditvi celokupnega slovenskega ozemlja v takratni narodni veljavi in v razmerju današnje kupne moči marke v že osvobojenem slovenskem ozemlju.
