Beschrijving voorzijde	Bimetallic coin with a brass centre set within an aluminium ring. The brass centre features a stylised depiction of the Maiden Tower (Qız Qalası) of Baku rendered in a geometric, radiating pattern, with a decorative motif at its base. The aluminium ring bears the circular Latin-script legend '• AZƏRBAYCAN • RESPUBLİKASI •' (Republic of Azerbaijan) running around the full periphery.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The brass centre displays the large bold numeral '50' prominently in the upper field, with the denomination legend 'qəpik' inscribed below in smaller lettering. The aluminium ring is decorated with a continuous geometric sawtooth or zigzag pattern around its inner edge, creating a distinctive decorative border separating the ring from the central disc.
