| Obverse description | The face is dominated by a large guilloche vignette at centre bearing the numeral '50' in white reserve, surrounded by an intricate lace-like underprint in ochre and red. The inscriptions 'State of Israel' appear at top in Hebrew and Arabic, with 'Legal Tender' and '50 Pruta' flanking the central vignette in Hebrew and Arabic respectively. The border consists of a fine guilloche frame in red, with two facsimile signatures of the Minister of Finance and the Accountant General printed at the foot. |
