Gabrisbanknote is a small Welsh novelty producer whose output has no legal tender status anywhere — these are souvenir items sold to collectors and tourists, not issued by any monetary authority. The "50 Pounds" denomination is decorative fiction.
Polymer construction and a window element give it a superficial resemblance to genuine currency, which is the point. No central bank, no issuing authority, no redemption obligation.
