The centre and right field are dominated by a large multicolour guilloche rosette overprinted with the diagonal legend ANG BAGONG LIPUNAN in bold block letters, set against a fine vertical-rule underprint in red, blue, and yellow. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas seal appears at lower right, with the denomination numeral 50 repeated in each corner and two facsimile signatures below centre identifying the Pangulo ng Pilipinas and the Tagapangasiwa ng Bangko Sentral. |

A large oval blank space at centre-left serves as the watermark area, framed by multicolour wave-pattern guilloche borders in teal, green, and ochre. The denomination numeral 50 appears in each corner, with a dark red guilloche rosette at lower left and the inscription GUSALING BATASAN at lower right beneath the building vignette. |
