It has no government, no population, and no monetary system. Coins issued in its name are produced by private mints exploiting the novelty of a stateless territory, with no issuing authority behind them whatsoever.
Pachycephalosaurus canadensis is not a recognized species. The valid species is Pachycephalosaurus wyomingensis, found in the Hell Creek Formation of the American West — nowhere near Canada.
