Pick 62 covers a long print run — fourteen years is unusual for a note of this denomination without a design change, and the series accumulated multiple signature combinations as successive Central Bank governors cycled through. Collectors tracking varieties by signature pair will find at least six documented combinations across the full date range, with earlier issues generally harder to find in circulated but intact condition due to the heavy daily use this denomination saw in Egyptian commerce.
The watermark security was considered adequate when the series launched in 1994 but increasingly insufficient by the time the note was finally retired.
