备注	Groitzsch is a small Saxon town southwest of Leipzig, and its Kriegshilfsverein — a wartime relief association — was one of thousands of civic organizations across Germany that stepped in to issue emergency small-denomination paper when the coin shortage of 1914–1918 made ordinary transactions nearly impossible. The Reichsbank and municipal treasuries couldn't keep up; local associations, businesses, and even parish councils filled the gap with their own Notgeld. Most of these issues were redeemed and destroyed within months of their circulation window closing. The Tieste reference without a specific catalogue number suggests documentation on this particular issue remains incomplete.
