备注	Wettin an der Saale, a small town on the Saale River northwest of Halle, issued this note during the Kleingeldnotgeld wave of 1921 — a period when chronic small-denomination coin shortages forced hundreds of German municipalities to print their own emergency scrip. The Magistrat had legal authority to issue such notes under the tolerant framework the Weimar government extended to local bodies precisely because the Reichsbank couldn't keep fractional coinage in circulation fast enough.
