正面描述 Multicolour Notgeld note with a central vignette of Zörbig's town tower set against a blue-striped underprint, flanked by two circular medallions: the left bearing an angel holding the city arms, the right inscribed 'Kuratorium der Sparkasse der Stadt Zoerbig' with a heraldic shield. Denomination '50' appears in a central lozenge cartouche; ivy-leaf ornamental borders frame the entire design.

背面描述 Printed in black, green and red on cream paper, the central vignette presents a silhouette scene of uniformed figures with staffs, a child and a dog at a railway station, rendered in the paper-cut Scherenschnitt style. Two circular '50' denomination medallions in red flank the vignette left and right. A lower text panel in Gothic script carries a verse inscription, with a decorative geometric border in green and red surrounding the entire reverse.

备注

Zörbig is a small agricultural town roughly 25 kilometers northeast of Halle, and like hundreds of similar German municipalities it turned to Notgeld in the early 1920s to plug the chronic shortage of small-denomination coinage that plagued Weimar-era commerce. H. Schiebel was a local Bitterfeld printer — not a specialist banknote firm — which was entirely typical for this category of municipal emergency money, where proximity and speed mattered more than security printing.

Zörbig's Notgeld series attracts collectors primarily as a regional set rather than for any singular rarity within it.
