| 正面描述 | Printed in brown on cream paper, the note is laid out in a three-panel format with octagonal vignette panels in the upper left and right corners each bearing the numeral '50' in bold white figures on a dark ground. The central panel carries a vertical guilloche underprint over which the issuer's name 'Stadtgemeinde Mylau i/V.' appears at the top in letterpress, followed by the denomination text 'Gutschein über Fünfzig Pfennig' in heavy Gothic blackletter script. A decorative chain motif in red-brown runs along the lower portion of the central panel, and a manuscript signature of the Stadtrat appears at the lower right alongside the authorization text 'Der Stadtrat'. |

| 备注 |
Mylau is a small industrial town in the Vogtland district of Saxony, and like hundreds of similarly sized German municipalities, it issued notgeld during the severe coin shortages of 1917–1921. The absence of an expiry date on this 50 Pfennig note is worth noting — most Stadtgemeinde issues were printed with a redemption deadline to discourage hoarding and limit liability, so an undated example either predates that administrative habit or reflects a local oversight in the print run.
At 55 × 40 mm, this sits among the smaller notgeld formats, which typically correlates with the first wave of purely functional emergency issues before the collector-oriented "serienscheine" printing boom took hold after 1920.
