| Obverse description | Blue notgeld note with a continuous guilloche underprint over the full face; denomination numerals '50' are set within circular cartouches at upper left and right, while the issuer legend in Gothic script runs across the head of the note. The central vignette, enclosed within a foliate wreath, carries the town's heraldic eagle perched on a rock beside a cross and anchor motif. Below, a ribbon banner bearing the issue place and date 'Friedeberg am Queis, 15.
