At centre, a circular club badge vignette bears the inscription 'SPORTVEREIN KAHLA' around its perimeter and 'GEGR. 1920' at the base, enclosing a stylised diagonal sash in red and white on a green hatched ground, flanked by green oak-leaf sprays. To either side of the central vignette, text panels record the club's membership affiliations in Gothic script.
