The lower panel contains three oval cartouches with dotted red borders enclosing two manuscript signatures and the validity date 'Gültig bis 1.12.1921', with the foundation and jubilee dates '20.3.1896 ··· 20.3.1921' printed in large numerals along the bottom margin, and the printer's imprint 'Druck: Adolf Forker, Leipzig' at lower right. |
